MTN’s 21 Days of Y’ello Care initiative 2015-03-21T14:39:04+00:00

Project Description

For the past few years, Trialogue has been charged with the role of external evaluator for MTN’s ‘21 Days of Y’ello Care’ volunteerism initiative which extends across Africa and the Middle East. Trialogue’s responsibilities have included rating and judging the volunteer performance of participating divisions and group companies. Our involvement has introduced independence and objectivity to the evaluation process. We have also provided insight to the development of this process, incorporating leading practice principles to encourage good developmental practice within the group companies.

Each year we provide meaningful feedback to the participating divisions, noting challenges and weaknesses in programme structure, processes and communication. This has positioned Trialogue well to be able to advise on ways of evolving the programme in collaboration with MTN, and a number of suggestions for improving the programme and evaluation process are made each year.

MTN’s 21 Days of Y’ello Care volunteerism programme is an ambitious and very commendable initiative that is paving the way for similar volunteerism programmes.
