Trialogue has worked with Alexander Forbes for over three years, supporting the company to understand and respond to evolving expectations for integrated reporting. We started with a thorough review and gap analysis of Alexander Forbes’ 2011 integrated report. Following this, Trialogue facilitated the group’s initial materiality process in 2012, and by surveying internal and external stakeholders as well as reviewing media coverage, helped Alexander Forbes to understand and articulate the issues core to its sustainability.
Our support for the company extends to the compilation of its integrated reports, including advising on structure and content, conducting executive interviews, drafting and providing input on layout and design. This was particularly important for the company as it navigated its 2014 JSE listing and the additional stakeholder expectations and reporting requirements associated with the new ownership structure.
