Sydwell Shikweni is a transformation director at Merchants SA, responsible for the organisation’s transformation journey which includes BBBEEE, employment equity, diversity and inclusion. Sydwell is an activist for social transformation. He holds a PhD in Leadership in Performance and Change from the University of Johannesburg and an MBL from Unisa School of Business Leadership.
