Tracey Webster is CEO at the Oppenheimer Memorial Trust, where she works across education, social justice, and arts and culture. She has over 25 years of experience in social development, having previously served as executive director of the African Leadership Institute and CEO at the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship. Earlier, she co-founded the Starfish Greathearts Foundation, supporting over 22 000 orphaned and vulnerable children across South Africa. She is an Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow and has contributed to leadership and entrepreneurship development across Africa.
