Dr Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor is the current chairperson of the Nelson Mandela Foundation. She served as a Cabinet minister under several administrations from 2004 to 2024. She was a Member of Parliament from 1994 until 2024. She has served as minister of several key portfolios, including International Relations and Cooperation, Home Affairs and Education. Dr Pandor has a PhD from the University of Pretoria and honorary doctorates from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, University of Stellenbosch, the University of Lisbon, Portugal, and the University College Dublin, Ireland. She holds two master's degrees from the University of London and the University of Stellenbosch, respectively, and also holds several diplomas, including a diploma in leadership in development from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
