Anthony Wilson-Prangley lectures at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in the areas of shared value, strategy implementation, organisational culture, start-ups and entrepreneurship. Before joining the GIBS faculty, Wilson-Prangley helped to build the Centre for Leadership and Dialogue at GIBS. The Centre focuses on the context and capacities required for leading complex societies. His professional interests include connecting start-ups in Africa with opportunities in the United States, social change and active citizenship. He runs many of the experiential learning aspects of GIBS, especially those focused on the broader socioeconomic and political environment of the country. Before this, he founded The Gumboots Foundation and was involved with a global non-profit youth leadership network called Pioneers of Change.
