Khanya Memela is the founder and managing director of Mihandzu Learning, a youth-run non-profit organisation in the educational sector, which focuses on improving mathematics and IT skills through robotics for learners in impoverished regions. The organisation has serviced over 2 500 high school learners since its inception in 2016. Khanya has a passion for social entrepreneurship and the empowerment of youth from vulnerable communities. She currently works as a chartered accountant and leads Mihandzu with fellow like-minded young black professionals.
