Lisema Matsietsi is a senior technical advisor in the GIZ Digital Skills for Jobs and Income (DS4JI) project, supporting youth who are not in employment, education or training to transition to employment. An author and senior advisor with two published books and nearly two decades of banking experience, he is a member of the Institute of Directors and a chartered development financial analyst. Leveraging his expertise in financial services and digital skills, Lisema focuses on transforming analyst training and promoting inclusive, data-driven solutions for Africa’s youth and SMMEs. Additionally, he serves as an independent trustee at Grassridge Winds of Change Community Trust and chairman of Empowervate.
