Mankoana Pheona Phalane is an entrepreneur and the founder of PhalMosh Poultry Farm. Having qualified with Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology and an Honors in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Phalane graduated from the Gordon Institute of Business Science where she became part of the Circle of Global Business Women. She established her business as a means to combat crime, find innovative ways to create employment and invest in people. The enterprise, which aims to improve the standard of living in the community in which it operates through job creation and healthy meat production, prioritises the employment and development of potential young entrepreneurs.
