Megan Blair, the CEO of Earlybird Educare@Work, is a former teacher and Fulbright scholar. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy in Education and draws on her experience from both the practical and academic side of the education aisle as she works with the EarlyBird team to build a network of affordable, high-quality preschools across South Africa. Earlybird Educare@Work realises the retention, diversity and productivity gains of including workplace-based educare centres onsite for employees’ children. They work with companies to tap into enterprise and supplier development, skills development, and preferential procurement funding wherever possible to keep parent fees affordable for employees at all salary levels.
