Millicent Maroga is the head of the Old Mutual Foundation, where she and her team are responsible for ensuring that Old Mutual meaningfully contributes to the development of South Africa through its various programmes, including but not limited to skills development, enterprise development and education. Millicent studied at the University of Johannesburg and the University of Manchester. She currently serves on the board of the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller, and previously served on the board of the South African Association on Youth Clubs. She is passionate about youth development.
