Professor Mthunzi Perry-Mason Mdwaba is the vice-president of the International Organisation of Employers, vice-chairman of the International Labour Organisation and chairman of Productivity South Africa. He is a passionate advocate for business in all its diverse forms and across developing and developed nations, and is a fierce defender of skills development, the conditions required for sustainable enterprises and business and human rights. He is the founder, president and CEO of TZoro IBC, an investment and business consultancy that provides a niche global strategic advisory service that involves brokering deals, human capital development coaching and mentoring interventions, leveraging the vast networking Mdwaba possesses, which spans more than 185 countries. He holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees (BA LLB) from the University of Witwatersrand.
