
Neptal Khoza is the Head of Corporate Social Investment at Capitec. His current role draws on his 14 years of experience in various management roles within Capitec – previously, he was Regional Manager: Sales in Johannesburg. He also served on the bank’s EXCO as part of its leadership development programme in 2015. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practices from the UCT Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor in Business Administration from Milpark, and a National Diploma in Human Resources from Vaal University of Technology. His aim, through the work the Capitec Foundation does, is to give children a robust foundation in numeracy and other critical forms of literacy. As Head of Corporate Social Investment, he is passionate about driving meaningful transformation to help all South Africans improve the way they manage their financial lives. This, he believes, starts in the classroom.
