Ray-Ann Sedres serves as head of the Sanlam Foundation, brining 35 years of experience in the financial services sector. Throughout her career she has focused on socioeconomic inclusion, transformation, sustainability and development in both long- and short-term insurance. She holds an MBA from the Stellenbosch University Business School, providing a strong academic foundation for her leadership role. At the Sanlam Foundation, Ray-Ann directs strategic initiatives, programmes and partnerships. Her extensive experience in transformation has enabled her to develop inclusive growth strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout Sanlam’s operational territories.
