Samantha Steyn is the chief operating officer of the Youth Employment Services (YES). She is a CFA with over 10 years of investment industry experience, including nine years in executive leadership roles. Her career began in financial analysis and portfolio management, developing expertise across all asset classes. After serving as CIO, Samantha transitioned to the nonprofit sector. In 2021 she joined YES. In her current role, she leads operations and strategic initiatives at YES focused on organisational effectiveness and growth. Samantha combines financial acumen with nonprofit expertise to advance YES’s mission.
