Saray Khumalo became the first Black African woman to summit Mount Everest, which she did on her fourth attempt. She uses a combination of mountaineering triumphs and experience as a business executive to steer companies to partner with organisations on a transformational journey, enabling individuals and teams to identify their personal and professional goals and unleash their full potential. Her transformational coaching reaches entrepreneurs, executives, business professionals and sales teams all over the world. She has a solid track record at some of South Africa’s leading financial institutions, specialising in eCommerce and loyalty programmes. She founded Summits with a Purpose, an initiative that has raised funds to build physical and digital libraries in disadvantaged schools throughout Africa.
