Shelly Majola is the special regulation and compliance manager at the MTN SA Foundation, overseeing financial operations and governance and ensuring budgets effectively support initiatives that empower underserved communities across South Africa. With over a decade of experience in compliance, she plays a key role in drafting policies and maintaining regulatory adherence throughout the foundation’s operations. Her career in community empowerment began at ICASA, where she managed the school connectivity license obligations project. Currently pursuing studies in management accounting, her passion for numbers and community development continues to drive her work in creating meaningful change through the MTN SA Foundation.
