Sizwe Nxasana is the founder and CEO of the Sifiso Learning Group. A former CEO of Telkom South Africa he was responsible for its listing on the Johannesburg and New York stock exchanges. He was the CEO of FirstRand Banking Group from 2005 until he retired in 2015. He is the co-founder and chairman of the South African National Education Collaboration Trust , and the founder and chairman of the Ukusasa Student Financial Aid Programme, which funds and supports students from poor and "missing middle" backgrounds in South Africa. He is now a social entrepreneur who founded Future Nation Schools in South Africa and the Sifiso Learning Group, which is involved in edtech, academic and non-academic publishing, and real estate.
