Chuene Ramphele is Group Executive at the Development Bank of Southern Africa, where he provides strategic leadership to deliver on the Bank’s infrastructure development mandate, ensuring financial sustainability while driving transformative developmental impact. He has over 25 years of leadership experience spanning infrastructure development, business development, contract management, and public sector policy design and implementation. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Chuene has completed several executive programmes. He also holds a Master of Business Leadership. Over the past 15 years, he has played a pivotal role in advancing South Africa’s infrastructure agenda.
