Colleen Magner is a co‑founder of Reos Partners and Director of Practice and Innovation for Reos Africa. She is a scenario‑planning practitioner who has led multi‑stakeholder processes in more than 20 countries across issues including land reform, climate adaptation, health, education, and peace-building. Colleen is also a writer and an adjunct faculty member at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). At GIBS, Colleen teaches on conflict and collaboration, social entrepreneurship, systems change, scenario planning, and dialogue practices for social change. She previously managed the Centre for Leadership and Dialogue at GIBS.
