Senzo Hlophe is acting CEO and Partnerships and Impact director at Ilifa Labantwana, an early childhood development (ECD) organisation. He previously held several roles at the DG Murray Trust, including Partnerships lead, where his work spanned ECD, community beneficiation in the renewable energy sector, and improving financing for nonprofit organisations. He has engaged extensively with government departments on ECD policy and programming, including the ECD employment stimulus programme. He serves as a non-executive director at Innovation Edge and the Urban Lab Foundation.
