Zimkhitha Peter is CEO of Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, where she focuses on social change through youth entrepreneurship and socioeconomic development. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as programme head at the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, overseeing the strategic alignment of its scholarship and fellowship programmes. She holds a BCom Honours in Industrial Psychology from UNISA and a leadership development qualification from Harvard Business School.
