AECI’s integrated social responsibility strategy is delivered through the AECI Foundation, local and international social responsibility funds, and employee volunteerism programmes. Together, these platforms enable targeted investment in priority social needs, contributing to more resilient communities and sustainable development.
Since July 2025, AECI’s partnership with Trialogue has strengthened the strategic direction, monitoring, evaluation and governance of its social responsibility portfolio. By embedding an outcomes-driven, evidence-based approach, the partnership enables AECI to measure impact more effectively, strengthen accountability and direct resources towards interventions with the greatest potential to deliver meaningful, scalable and sustainable value.
Working closely with the AECI Social Responsibility team and its implementing partners, Trialogue has:
- Reviewed and refined AECI’s social responsibility theory of change.
- Developed an integrated monitoring and evaluation framework and supporting implementation plans.
- Designed practical data-collection tools and standardised reporting templates.
- Strengthened implementing partners’ capacity to improve the completeness, consistency and quality of programme data.
- Analysed performance data to identify emerging outcomes, strategic insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Developed consolidated dashboards to support evidence-based oversight and decision-making across the portfolio.
The dashboard serves as a strategic governance and decision-support tool, providing quarterly insights to guide oversight, resource allocation and portfolio direction. Evidence generated through the monitoring and evaluation process enables AECI to optimise programme performance, scale proven interventions and direct investment to where it can create the greatest sustainable value.
